What is Therapize Me?
Therapize Me is a top-rated behavioral health practice serving Las Vegas, Henderson, and all of Nevada. We provide judgment-free therapy for individuals, couples, and families of all ages, with a mission to make quality mental health care simple, affordable, and accessible.
Where is Therapize Me located?
Our office is located at 2431 W. Horizon Ridge Pkwy #110, Henderson, NV 89052, serving the greater Las Vegas Valley. We also offer telehealth appointments for residents throughout Nevada and California.
What are your hours?
We’re open 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book an appointment by calling (702) 331-9333, requesting an appointment online through our website, or email us at info@nvbhs.vegas. We’re currently accepting new patients, often with availability within 72 hours or sooner.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we are currently accepting new patients, adults, children, couples, and families. Appointments are often available as soon as 72 hours or sooner.
How quickly can I be seen?

What types of therapy do you offer?
We offer individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, pediatric and adolescent (child/teen) therapy, geriatric therapy for older adults, and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy. Our therapists help with stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, and more.
Do you offer therapy for children and teens?
Yes. Our pediatric and adolescent therapy supports children and teens with concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and overwhelming emotions.
Do you offer couples or marriage counseling?
Yes, we provide couples therapy to help partners improve communication, work through conflict, and strengthen their relationship.
Do you offer LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy?
Yes. We provide LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy in a safe, accepting, judgment-free environment.
Do you provide therapy for older adults?
Yes, our geriatric therapy is designed to support the mental and emotional health of older adults.
What is Alpha-Stim, and do you offer it?
Alpha-Stim is an FDA-cleared electrotherapy device used to help treat anxiety, insomnia, and depression. We offer Alpha-Stim sessions at $30 per session.
What is reunification therapy?
Reunification therapy helps rebuild and repair the relationship between a child and a parent, often following separation, estrangement, or family conflict.
What conditions or concerns do you treat?
We help with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, family conflict, life transitions, grief, ADHD, and emotional regulation.

Telehealth / Online Therapy

Do you offer online or virtual therapy?
Yes. We offer telehealth (online video) appointments for residents of Nevada and California, making it easier to access quality therapy from home.
Who is eligible for telehealth appointments?
Telehealth appointments are available to residents of Nevada and California.
Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?
For many people, yes. Research shows telehealth therapy can be just as effective as in-person sessions for common concerns like anxiety, depression, and stress. Your therapist can help you decide which option fits you best.

Insurance & Payment

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Aetna Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Evernorth, Medicare, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare.
What if my insurance isn't listed / you're out of network?
Out-of-network and self-pay options are available. Please call us at (702) 331-9333 to discuss the options that work best for you.
How much does therapy cost without insurance?
Self-pay rates depend on the type of session and your therapist’s licensure level. With a master’s-level therapist, individual sessions are $130 ($155 for the initial assessment) and couples/family sessions are $140 ($180 assessment). With a fully-licensed therapist, individual sessions are $140 ($165 assessment) and couples/family sessions are $150 ($190 assessment). Alpha-Stim sessions are $30.

Do you offer sliding scale or reduced-cost therapy?
As a nonprofit organization, affordable access to mental health care is central to our mission. Please call (702) 331-9333 to ask about available options.
Do I need a referral to start therapy?
No referral is needed to book with us in most cases! You can contact us directly to get started. If your insurance plan requires a referral, we can help you understand that process.

About the Practice

Is Therapize Me a nonprofit?
Yes. Therapize Me operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which supports our mission of lowering barriers to affordable mental health care in our community.
Are your therapists licensed?
Yes. Our team includes both master’s-level and fully-licensed therapists.
What can I expect at my first appointment?
Your first appointment is typically an assessment where your therapist gets to know you, understands your goals, and begins building a plan together. Everything is handled in a safe, judgment-free environment.
Is what I share confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is protected, and what you share in therapy is confidential in accordance with HIPAA and applicable laws, with limited exceptions required by law (such as risk of harm).
What ages do you serve?
We serve all ages, children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, through individual, family, and couples therapy.

Crisis / Safety

What should I do in a mental health emergency?
Therapize Me is not a crisis or emergency service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, call or text 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911 right away.
